All Inclusive Maternity Photography Session

Right in the heart of New York City

 

With our maternity photography services, experience comes a long way.  Gabriel has spent many years becoming the NYC Maternity Photographer he is today, and has spent countless hours training his associates.  Ultimately we want our clients to feel at home, in order to get the best looks possible out of new-coming mother.  We photograph our maternity sessions in-studio in the New York City for a more controlled session.  Outdoors is also an option. Either way, you'll get timeless, lovely maternity photos that will be irreplaceable.  Sessions are typically 3 hours in duration.

Pre-Consultation

This is usually the initial contact with us. If we’ve met through the website, in person, or through social media, we’ll have a discussion about what you are looking to do, pricing (which you’ll find when you inquire), and the products we can offer. You can decide to book your session date from here, or proceed to an in-studio consultation.

Consultation

At this point after our initial contact, we get to go in depth with your look. We’ll look at images and dresses and decide what looks good for you. During the consultation, we’ll also go in depth with the packages we have available and which ones may be suitable for you. We also get to take a look at the products (i.e. prints, albums, wall art etc). Consultations are preferably done at the studio.

Shoot Day

The big day! You’ll join us at our studio and proceed to getting your hair and makeup styled for the looks we discussed during the consultation. Your friends and family is allowed to join us to make the experience even more comfortable and amazing. Once your hair and makeup is finished we’ll begin the photo session. Don’t worry, I’ll direct everything from the tilt of your head to the position of your fingers.

The Reveal

The 2nd big day! When you come back to the studio, a gallery of your beautiful images will be waiting for you to view. This is the moment you decide which images you’re taking home. These images will be fully retouched and edited. You are not required to buy any images if you don’t like, but I promise, that will not be the case.Folio Boxes, Albums and Wall Art will be purchased here if you so desire!

Get Excited!

Your photo session will be a fully customized session to get the maternity photos you want. You will be in full contact with your photographer from the day of booking, to the day of the session. Free to discuss any ideas you want to do, while giving our professional opinion. We’ll have clothing options available such as gowns and robes. Get ready to have fun! See more maternity examples

Make-up and Hair Stylist

No need to run around looking for a Makeup artist or hairstylist before the shoot! Roll out of bed and come to the studio! (Shower of course first :))

Our stylists have years of experience with different skin and hair types, plus there will be open dialog use between all parties before the shoot. No surprises! They are currently working out of Sephora, Lancome, Mac, so early booking is essential to make sure we can lock them in for your session! We got you covered.

Dresses, Fabrics and Props

Most of the dresses and fabrics that you see in our portfolio or on our IG feed, we have available in our studios. These come included with our standard session. Feel free to speak with us about which dress you’ll want to use for your session with us. We also have plenty of chiffon and silk fabrics of multiple colors to create that timeless photograph for you. While our style is very minimal, we can include props if discussed prior!

 
 

The Beauty of Prints

 

Here at LeVue, we really believe in the magic of prints. Holding your images in your hands is an incomparable feeling, especially if its a photo of yourself. As we grew up, we were raised in an era where our parents/guardians would have portraits all over the walls, with intentions to remind us of not only memories, but of our love for the subjects. We embody this idea in our products, and give both print and digital copy of every image you love and purchase.

Our prints are 100% archivable and will last a lifetime with our pigment-based printing and acid free matting. With prints ranging in sizes from 8x10inches - 30x40inches, and paper options like Hemp/Cotton blend to Metallic Finish, you can guarantee you’ll have museum quality work hanging on your walls. There are plenty of Wall Art options to choose from.

We also offer a customized Folio Box, created in New Zealand. With your choice of colors, words and photo to compliment the box, you can make it personally yours. Available with purchase of 2nd or 3rd image package.

Don’t worry, sometimes tragic, uncontrollable things happen to prints. We got you, we provide you with a digital backup of your images you choose as well. Also perfect to share on IG, FB and email.
